Step I

Based on understanding of the Customer’s needs, in terms of establishing rep office, company (physical or non-physical), manufacturing enterprises and basic project planning in China.

Inteli Pro provides site selections, company address options, factory or workshop leasing. 

Step II

Inteli Pro recommends suitable industrial parks or free trade areas/ports based on the industry in which the Entity to be established conducts or expands business in China, needs in the near future, medium or long-term planning. 

Inteli Pro keeps the Customer updated of the support and preferential policies launched by relevant industrial parks and free trade areas/ports, assisting in evaluating and pre-selecting the most suitable location.

Step III

Customers are welcome to inspect on site, visiting the preferred industrial parks, free trade areas, holding meetings with relevant management departments, which Inteli Pro is always ready to assist in arranging.

Inteli Pro provides customers with relevant information about parks and free trade ports, such as industrial positioning, advantages in attracting investment, geographical location, basic facilities, surrounding facilities, supplies and transportation conditions, which may contribute to the comprehensive evaluation and decision-making of the customer. 

Step IV

Different economic regions, cities, development zones and free trade areas/ports launch preferential policies specifically formulated for attracting international investment and in favor of foreign-funded enterprises, involving facilitation and incentive measures.  

Inteli Pro matches industrial parks, free trade areas/ports with the Customer’s business in China, providing the Customer with preferential policies and support information launched by the corresponding parks and free trade areas/ports.

Based on the needs of the Customer’s enterprise, industry characteristics, nature and sector of the project, Inteli Pro assists in confirming the applicable preferential policies and supportive measures.

Step V

Upon the Customer’s decision-making, with materials and documentation provided, the registration process commences for the new company, the rep office or manufacturing enterprise.

Step VI

The Customer provides materials and informs Inteli Pro of financial needs. Inteli Pro selects the most suitable bank upon being informed of the Customer’s requirements, combined with the advantageous financial resources of the industrial park or free trade area/port, and opens the corporate bank account in name of the new entity.

Step VII

The complete set of documents and seals of the new entity (industrial and commercial registration certificate (Business License), bank account, tax registration) are delivered to the Customer by DHL or Fedex (or any other express service, conformed to the preference of the Customer) or handed to the Customer in person, if the Customer is present in China.

In case of a physical office or manufacturing facility, Inteli Pro is open to assist with internal and external decorations, in ensuring the infrastructure and equipment in place, if required by the Customer.

Step VIII

The Customer’s new company in China, Hong Kong included, when reaching a certain level of capital increase or profits, can apply for special fund rewards and enjoy specially awarded financial and tax policies.
